These Terms of Service describe the conditions that apply when you visit or use the Zamvorqi website, interact with store features, or place an order. “Zamvorqi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operated by Hubei Xinruida Technology Co., Ltd. Please read these terms before using the website or completing a purchase.

You may use the website for lawful browsing, product research, and shopping. You agree not to interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse store functions, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials, colors, included components, prices, and availability accurately. Product selection and information may change. Differences in lighting, screens, or device settings may affect how an image appears. Review the current product page carefully and contact us if a material detail is unclear before ordering.

3. Prices, Currency, and Checkout

The price and order total shown at checkout before submission apply to the order, subject to any promotion or discount displayed and applied there. A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies per order. Applicable taxes or other charges, if any, will be shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or charges under its own terms.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the products selected. The store's receipt of an order does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted for fulfillment. Orders may be subject to payment authorization, stock availability, reasonable verification, and processing checks. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we may contact you using the details provided with the order and arrange an appropriate refund for any amount collected for the cancelled order.

Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method selected and that the billing information you provide is accurate. Payment authorization, declines, or holds may be determined by your bank or payment provider.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1 business day and shipped from a warehouse in Chicago, United States. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch for all destinations to which the store ships. These are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs procedures, or events outside our reasonable control. 8. Returns and Refunds

Return requests may be submitted within 30 days after delivery. For personal-reason returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. An approved refund is initiated within 1 business day after approval, while the time required for the payment provider to post the funds may vary. The Return & Refund Policy contains the full request and handling process and should be read before sending a product back.

9. Intellectual Property

Branding and original content displayed on the website, including text, photographs, graphics, layouts, and designs, may be protected by intellectual property laws and belong to the relevant rights holders. 18. Product Use and Customer Decisions

Product information is intended to help customers evaluate backpacks, crossbody bags, totes, travel bags, and everyday carry accessories before ordering. Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions, materials, compartments, capacity, laptop fit, strap configuration, closures, care instructions, package contents, and other listing details and for deciding whether an item suits their belongings and intended use. The website cannot assess an individual customer’s commute, luggage, devices, or personal preferences, or guarantee that a product will suit every routine.

19. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact customer support as soon as possible and include the order number. We will review whether the request can be accommodated. Changes may no longer be possible after processing or dispatch has begun. A request is not complete until we confirm its status. If an order is cancelled after payment was collected, any applicable refund will be handled under the store's refund process and payment provider timing.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and other contact details supplied with an order. We may use those details to send transaction-related information or respond to a customer service request. Please check filtered folders if you are waiting for a message.
